No, it does not require a Wi-Fi connection or power source. The audio guest book is powered by a battery that can last for up to 12 hours. We recommend charging it for 1 hour before the start of your event to ensure optimal performance.
The total rental period spans 5-8 days. We ensure that you receive the phone two days before your event for setup, use it for one day during the event, and keep it for an additional two days after the event. This allows you ample time for the return process.
The processing time can vary, typically ranging from as early as 3 days to a maximum of 14 days after we receive the phone.
Kindly take note that a Security Deposit of RM300 is required. We value the return of our phone in good condition, as it ensures a full refund of the security deposit. However, should any damages occur, including physical damage or mechanical issues , the security deposit will be deducted accordingly. In the unfortunate event of a total loss, a charge of RM1500 will be applied.
