How do I use the audio guest book?

Detailed instructions are included with the phone. Additionally, you can call us for assistance and we will guide you through the setup process.

How much is the booking fee?

The booking fee is RM100.

In what form will the results be delivered?

We will provide you with a link to Google Drive where you can access your voice recordings. If you prefer to receive the recordings on a USB pendrive, an additional charge will be applied.

Does it require a Wi-Fi connection or power source?

No, it does not require a Wi-Fi connection or power source. The audio guest book is powered by a battery that can last for up to 12 hours. We recommend charging it for 1 hour before the start of your event to ensure optimal performance.

How many days is the total rental period?

The total rental period spans 5 days. We ensure that you receive the phone two days before your event for setup, use it for one day during the event, and keep it for an additional two days after the event. This allows you ample time for the return process.

What happens if the audio guest book gets damaged during my event?

In the event of any damage to the audio guest book, such as scratches or mechanical issues, a portion of the security deposit may be deducted accordingly. We recommend handling the device with care to avoid any damage..

How long will it take to receive my audio guest book recording?

The processing time can vary, typically ranging from as early as 3 days to a maximum of 14 days after we receive the phone.

How long will it take to receive my security deposit refund?

Once the audio guest book is returned in good condition, it may take up to 7-14 business days for the security deposit to be fully refunded. Please ensure all necessary checks and assessments are completed before the refund is processed.
